This is the best way to start working with me via a 1.5-hour intensive to get to the bottom of how to restore your health. You’ll fill out the confidential health intake form (click on the Health Forms tab) and we’ll do a deep dive into your current health challenges, where you would like your body and health to be optimally and then reverse engineer the steps (addressing nutritional, lifestyle, environmental and emotional course correction) to get you there. The initial 90-minute assessment will neither be rushed nor interrupted and as a detective trained to connect the dots to the puzzle, I will listen deeply giving your narrative and your context due weight and gravity. Rather than one-size fits all nutrition dwelling on calories, carbs, and lists of good and bad foods, I’ll create a personalized program teaching you delicious new ways to eat, think, move, and supplement to get to the root cause of your health challenges, so you’ll leave the session feeling renewed, inspired and ready to achieve your goals.
